PEANUT BUTTER CACAO BALLS

If you like chocolate & peanut butter, these are the best healthy treat. I altered Trader Joe’s recipe a tad to lower the sugar! These treats are sugar free, diary free & gluten free!┬áThese are also filled with flax meal which will give you a great energy boost!

Ingredients
rolled oats
1 cups
crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup
cacao nibs (or choc chips)
1/3 cup
honey
1/4 cup
flax meal
1/2 cup
raw cacao powder (optional)
1/4 cup
Instructions
  • Mix all ingredients together!

  • Roll into balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Place in the freezer for an hour.

  • Enjoy! Store extra in fridge.
